Terms of Use
The basics of using wvorigin.
wvorigin provides free browser games “as is”, for your personal enjoyment. By using the site you agree to these terms — above all, to play fair and not to abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Accounts
Accounts are optional — you can always play as a guest. If you create one (with an email and password, or with “Sign in with Google”), you are responsible for it and for keeping your sign-in secure, you agree to give accurate information, and you may hold one account per person. You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen; the Privacy Policy explains what we store and how deletion works.
Fair play & conduct
To keep wvorigin fair and safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or submit scores or times you did not genuinely achieve;
- use a name that is offensive, misleading, impersonates someone, or infringes others' rights — we may change or remove such names and any leaderboard entries;
- attack, overload, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or re-host the games or service, or otherwise disrupt them for others.
Leaderboard
Snail Racer has a public global leaderboard. The name you choose and your scores or times are visible to everyone — including when you play as a guest. We may moderate, remove, or reset entries that break these terms.
Content
The games, artwork, and content on wvorigin are owned by wvorigin unless stated otherwise, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, redistribute, or host them elsewhere.
Purchases
Some features may be offered as a one-off paid purchase (for example, an ad-free unlock). When that happens, the price, the payment provider, and any refund terms — together with your statutory rights as a consumer and any applicable app-store rules — are shown to you at the point of purchase.
No warranty & liability
wvorigin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the games running and your progress safe, but we cannot guarantee the service is always available or error-free, or that saved progress is never lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Suspension & termination
You may stop using wvorigin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access — and remove accounts or leaderboard entries — if these terms are broken or the service is abused.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you use wvorigin as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply, and you keep the right to bring a dispute before a competent court there.
Changes
We may update these terms as wvorigin evolves. Material changes will be shown on this page.
